Super knowledgeable and helpful. Responded immediately to my questions and available when I needed them to be. I couldn't have asked for more from Brandon and his team and will be referring (already have!) other folks to them.

I had an excellent experience with Brandon Watts and The Equity Exchange in getting a loan approved in record time for the purchase of our home. We had locked our rate with another company several weeks before contacting Brandon and during those weeks interest rates went up 1%. So, I was being prudent when I contacted him but expected that no one could beat the rate I had locked. However, Brandon was able to beat that previous deal and save us $3000. But even more impressive was the fact that I could literally reach out to Brandon at any time and get a call back within minutes. It is so wonderful to be able to talk through every aspect of the loan process with someone who remembers your name and is familiar with the loan details you are working with!
Brandon was quick and thorough during the refinance process. Very easy process and couldn't be more happy to have found the Equity Exchange team to assist me and my family.
