I contacted Mitchell after I was under contract on a home. Unfortunately shortly after going under contract my lender contacted me to tell me I was not approved even though I had pre approval. Mitchell calmed me down and after I explained it all to him he went to work. He called me and reassured me he and his team reviewed my stats and could in fact get me closed.
