Horrible. You give them asking and they jump up on price. They said they would do repairs and the ones they did do, were halfassed. They will cut any corner to get a house sold.

I have never made contact with an agency who has 4 different agents contact you only one gave me their name I had to ask the others after numerous text messages what their name was I then asked why so many people were contacting me and was told so we can give you the best experience possible sounds more like the are in competition with each other from the same agency

One of their realtors stepped out into traffic in front of me to cross the street, not on a crosswalk, after putting up open house signs near Chatfield Place. I'm glad I have good brakes on my car. And I'm thankful the person behind me did as well. I get they want to advertise open houses but that is dangerous behavior and not okay. She could have been hit or it caused a serious accident.

We are very unhappy with this realtor cost us an extra night hotel, uhaul and 2 men and a truck because they said they didn't know their closing date and everyone else did plus my husband lost a day wage and I lost 4 days wages. I will not recommend this company to anybody. I have let everyone i know that this company very unprofessional and not on the ball.
