Daniel Greer was 100% the best lender we could have asked for. He’s extremely prompt and responds quickly to any questions you may have. It didn’t matter if we saw a house we liked on a Saturday, he would instantly send over comps and answer any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone using Rosegate and will refer him to everyone we know!
