We have dealt with good/average and very bad mortgage companies and Josh is hands down the easiest to work with! l We originally didn’t go with him when we first signed on our house (we were close to closing and almost done with filing with our previous mortgage company) but he still remained helpful and reached out to us every once in a while to let us know about refinancing info.
