Jason was unbelievably responsive from the initial inquiry to after the paperwork was signed/processed. He took the time to explain multiple options and even the time to break it all down so it made sense to me - the layman who is not a part of his world. Knowing full well there is a ton of paperwork and coordination involved, Jason made the process so accommodating to our schedule and needs! That was important to us (along with the great outcome). He works very hard for his customers - you can tell not just in the loan detail but in his communication and commitment towards the best possible outcome! He's brought back what hard work and great customer service looks like!
