Amazing group of people. I know lenders can sometimes get a bad reputation, but honestly, I have nothing bad to say about Caleb and his team. They were communicative, understanding, and helpful. They kept the stress of this process low and were always more than willing to explain anything I didn't understand. I know it might seem a little suspicious being unable to find any poor reviews, but they lived up to their reputation. Five stars all the way around.

The whole process was seamless and stress/hassle free. There was no confusion whatsoever, as everything was explained to me in plain English. The team was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I was given all the information needed to make sure that all required documentations can be acquired in a timely manner. The team kept in touch with me and kept me updated during the waiting period while I was waiting for the builder to complete the building of my house. Overall, I'm 100% satisfied!

Apex got our CTC in 14 business days to make our closing on time and super hassle free. Would recommend Caleb Legrands team to anybody
