I knew next to nothing about the home loan process and let’s be honest, it can be very overwhelming. Caleb and his team took the whole process and broke it down into simple steps, making sure to only address the things needed for that specific step. If any questions arose, they were quick to respond via email or on the phone. The world would run a lot smoother if everyone communicated the way Caleb’s team does.
