Saw an authorized charge on my account and my husbands card has been declining all day but the lack of customer service on weekends causes us to have to wait until Monday to find out about the fraudulent charge and card that isn't working. By then, our entire account could be cleaned out. We plan to close our account as soon as we can get direct deposit transferred to our other bank that has no issue with having full customer service available at all times.
