I started out at a different Mortgage Company and after going through the process, they told me my loan was denied a few days before closing. I looked on the internet and found Palmetto state Home Mortgage and Shawn and his team came to my rescue. Not only did they get me closed very quickly and get me in my home, the rate, fees, everything was much cheaper. I just wish I would have started with them to begin with!! Would give 10 stars if I could!
