Ben and his team did an outstanding job to support us 24/7 during the whole process. We also applied with BoA but their process was really burocratic and unbelievable slow/intransparent/unflexibel. Same with Truist but they were not reachable and slow. Ben and his team was completely the opposite. They were flexible, find ways to solve open questions and assist feedback even during late hours. At the end everything worked out perfectly. Thank you again
