I would like to point out Loan officer Stephanie Willingham for being an excellent source for home loans. I was a first time home buyer and went through several larger institutions to find the best value for this arduous process. None compared to Stephanie, she was organized, valued my time, flexible with my response delays, and always seemed to find the best outcome throughout the process. In fact I chose Coastal Custom Mortgage because of Stephanie's services and thorough explanation of the VA loan process even though my estimated interest rate was a percent higher with them. Although, I am happy to say, at the time of closing my mortgage rate went down a percent and a half, and Coastal Custom Mortgage ended up being the best option not only because their customer service but also because of their excellent rate.
