I can not praise Paul and his team highly enough. We originally started out with another lender who was not very responsive and we were not happy with them so I reached out to Paul and he was able to get us a pre-approval letter within hours of our initial phone call...while he was on vacation. He was able to get a substantially lower rate (almost a full percentage point) AND a lender credit higher than what the developer offered us. He was available quite literally around the clock and he displayed the utmost professionalism while explaining the intricacies of the entire process which was amazing for us, being first-time buyers. If you are looking to buy a home you need to at least give Paul a call and see what he can do for you. We cannot thank Paul enough for all his work, he truly made our experience easier than we ever imagined. It is also noteworthy that the closing attorney told us specifically that most of the people he closes don't seem to make out very well with their lenders but he said our lender (not knowing Paul or who it even was) seemed to be the best one he has seen and the easiest one his firm has ever worked witih.
