A 21 day close is seemingly aggressive but Matt said “no problem, we got you” and delivered the best rate to boot. We were a bit shocked when a week after agreeing on the quick close the seller informed us that the close date had to be another week earlier giving us even less time to close. If we had gone with anyone else, I’m almost certain after a year of searching and all the work that goes into closing, we would have lost this house. Personally I worked with Matt Anthony at Oak Capital. As Oak Capital is a brokerage, they are slightly different than a regular mortgage lender and have the abilities to cross reference different lenders, essentially competing for your business. The services offered have a similar platform for sharing overviews of your rate and amounts to be paid as other top lenders. They are a local company to the Charlotte area. Great connections and very personal in the process. I would recommend as an option on your home buying process!
