I want to give a BIG shout out to Chris Coghill! My client started out using a lender that he had used many times and this time it did not go well. When we saw the deal was going south, I picked up the phone a few hours before DD ended and explained everything to Chris and asked him if he thought he could make this happen (it was a good deal but the other company was just asking for a lot of unnecessary items that were going to delay closing - and they kept changing their minds on what they wanted). Anyway, Chris, talked with his people, came back quickly and said yes. We ended up closing just 6 days past the original close date - and 14 days from the time Chris took it over.
