I was initially apprehensive to leave my job in retail banking as it was a very steady gig. Marvin really opened my eyes as far as the lifestyle I could create for myself and family as a mortgage broker with NEXA. Now I earn top dollar in each transaction and I have freedom in my schedule to do what I want. Marvin has been very supportive and communicative through this whole process. Marvin is a fantastic person that you can trust!

"BESTEST' BEST recruiter one can ever have! He has made the process of onboarding rather easy for me and set the right expectations so that I was not shocked. I hate being sold to, I love being talked to and that is what Marvin did. He showed his human side and I connected with him on a personal level. That for me feels like home... It's not just a transaction for him, its a relationship. he checks in even when he doesn't have to and he is now very helpful with my own recruits plus guides me along. If the word "bestest" hasn't been created yet then it should be registered in the English dictionary because that's exactly what Marvin is!
