Erin and her team are the BEST! I recommend her to everyone! no matter your situation she will make it as easy as possible! We where so worried and nervous going into purchasing our first home but as I type this we are in our new construction home! Wouldn't be here without Erin! 10/10 reccomend
Based on our experience. I recommend this company to anyone who are seriously interested in becoming home owners. Whoever you may be recommended to have work with you. I assure you they will be ready to contribute there best to this business, regardless what may arise. At the end, the results are well were it.
Kevin was thoughtful, thorough but not pushy. He resolved one small issue easily and made sure we had no other issues. Our experience working with Kevin was awesome!
Garry is the best without a doubt. Very knowledgeable, very prompt, very polite just can’t say enough good things about him.
I was very happy that they were able to get us approved for an FHA and downpayment assistance. We never thought we would be able to afford a home. Thanks to Dan we were able to make our dream a reality. The only negative thing I could say is that communcation in the office may need to be worked on slightly. There were several instances where my husband and I had to send documents twice or repeat ourselves in emails because someone didn't get the information they needed.
