Thanks to Chad , Genesis, and Erin at Carolina Mortgage Firm for getting me closed on time! This is a crazy market rite now and we went under contract on Friday Jan 28 and closed yesterday Feb 23. Only 15 business days! Everyone at the firm was easy to contact and always picked up the phone to answer my concerns even on the weekend. The mortgage process is stressful and in the future I would not try to get such a fast closing, but CMF did great and would highly recommend using them if your looking to finance a home. We refinanced twice, the first was out of an FHA loan which helped us to eliminate some of our mortgage insurance. The second time we refied allowed us to take advantage of the equity in our house now, at a slightly higher rate we were able to take money out, eliminate all mortgage insurance and still lower our monthly payments. The team did great and offered great guidance along the way.
