I had a terrible experience with this lender. We were selling our house to someone he pre-approved and then on the day of closing he broke the news that he could not approve their loan. Not only did we have to put our house back on the market but the market changed and our house did not sell. We lost the house we were trying to move into, we were not able to keep the deposit given to use for the waste of time and with the overall sell of the house we lost a life changing about of money at around $150,000. I would not recommend any pre-approval letter from this lender if you are accepting an offer from buyer that has used him.
Benji is absolutely THE best! He is so easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and will do whatever it takes to get you the very best rate. No one knows the business better than Benji. We consider him not only our mortgage broker but a good friend as well. That’s because he treats all of his clients like family. There’s no one better and we highly recommend him!
