DARLENE SHACKELFORD!!! We tried to get our mortgage loan with this lady.. She treated us like garbage.. She initially had requested some paperwork that i didn’t have in my hand at the time she asked for them. ( We had moved from Florida, and my accountant, the person who did my company taxes didn’t live here in Charleston) We asked her for some time to get them and Ohh my… She literally treated me like a criminal.. as if we were trying to commit fraud or something… She was rude in her emails… never answer or returned our calls… I was wondering if maybe she had some issues with the fact that we were cubans?? I don’t know, but in any case… Darlene honey… we bought our dream house… and you lost a customer, your commission and have gained a pain in the b*** because you and the company you represent, will get a lot a negative reviews.. You’re a horrible person and a horrible professional..

Priscilla was and is the best! After all the numerous lenders that I spoke with, Priscilla was the only the only one to care about me enough to provide me with a closing cost program. Everyone else wanted me to exhaust my savings to get a mortgage, but Priscilla and her team went the extra mile to keep the money in my pocket, not the loan officer's! I will refer Priscilla to everyone! Great job PrimeLending for employing Priscilla and her team!
