There are times when life changing events can happen and alter your way of living. With a divorce and a chapter 13 bankruptcy, it has been demanding mentally, physically, and emotionally. I spoke to several banks digging as much information that I could about purchasing a home for myself, and everyone said it could not be done with a active 13. Needless to say, frustration and disappointment set in heavy. My rental home was going on the market to be sold, and living in rural area rentals is rare. I came across Peoples Bank Mortgage and read through their website. I called and spoke to DARA FERRELL. I first told her my situation and to my surprise and relief the response she gave me was not No you have to wait 2 or 3 years after completion, but yes there is a way if certain criteria is met it is a little more difficult but yes it can be done. I can't tell you the joy and excitement that I felt. After approval of the loan, she sent me to a lady named Tiffany Russell to help process the information needed. I received a wonderful email from her greeting me, and we spoke over the phone, processing all requests. We all 3 kept in constant contact throughout the loan process. These 2 wonderful ladies is a blessing to me. Dara and Tiffany stood up for me when I needed someone to. They fought for me, and my future. Personally, they need a raise 😉. I know these ladies do this work daily. But do they truly know the impact that they have on situations like mine. I thank you both Tiffany and Dara for everything you did to get this done.
