RoundPoint Mortgage CSR Keena is so nice and helpful. She researched aspects of my loan to help me maximize it's effectiveness. She knows her products and looks for ways to help customers solve their problems. I felt like I was talking to a friend, giving me great advice over a cup of coffee. I TRUST Keena! She is a great asset to RoundPoint and all of their customers lucky enough to talk to her on the phone. Whatever RoundPoint is paying Keena, it is not enough. I would personally give her a raise if I were her manager. She also has the "Right Stuff" to be managing people, especially with the way she manages the accounts of customers. Thank You Keena!

Usually, I have no problems with this company. I have an escrow issue that I am trying to resolve for over a month now. I am just being passed along throughout the company like a hot potato. This issue should not be this hard to resolve.
