We really enjoyed our experience with Elle and Anthony in the Charlotte office. We refinanced our HELOC with them. They made the process fast, simple, very clear and were always available for questions. I felt very comfortable with their knowledge of their industry and they provided excellent customer service. I just wish I had gone through them the first time instead of our other lender.
