I am the buyers agent and have a loan that was Brokered out to Deephaven on a bank statement loan which is what they supposedly specialize in. We keep getting multiple conditions every single time we send conditions they requested back to them. It also takes 4 days to even get an answer back. We have extended 3 times now luckily with the seller but this is just an absolute horrible process. Underwriting should check the entire file and tell you what you need NOT stop the minute you find something and start over every single time. My client has provided more than enough to show willingness and the ability to pay but its still In limbo in underwriting. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PROCESS OR ORGANIZATION I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF WORKING WITH. HOPEFULLY WE CAN GET A CTC on this and I will change review but with my experience so far I doubt it!!!! I can understand being busy but if you can't handle the business , you shouldn't take on more if you don't have the man power.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had!! I am also a Realtor and I've worked with a lot of lenders and I definitely do not recommend this one. I have been trying to get a loan closed for 30 days and I still don't have a clear to close and they have unreasonable requests. I've been getting nothing but lies from my mortgage originator. These people are incompetent!

This people doesn’t respect the time and money of potential buyers. Even if you are Approved Not Pre-Approved. They find a way to stop the deal, blaming the place you are buying for their incompetence. I don’t want to hear from this company again. Free advice: Do not take deals you think are no easy. Save us the hustle of dealing with you.

Regarding a home loan that was brokered out to Deephaven - there have been multiple delays leading up to closing and we are still not closed, very little communication, miscommunications, condition requests they already have, unreasonable requests. I am the listing agent. I work with multiple lenders and I do not recommend this one.
