We had a fairly difficult application that required more paperwork than the average mortgage, but Mandi Macklin walked us through it step-by-step. The Banksouth mortgage app added to the ease bc I was able to scan the documents with my phone at any time. This is the second time we’ve used the team of Aaron Sharp, Scott Seckinger, Mandi Macklin, and I would use them again and again!
Informed, professional, helpful and wonderful team to deal with!!! Couldn't ask for a better company to buy our forever home with!!!
Aaron Sharp was amazing! As a first time home buyer I was nervous and did not really know how to navigate this process. Aaron took out all the guesswork and made it a simple and smooth process! He was also very patient with me and answered all of my questions without hesitation. 10 out of 10 recommend!
