Palmetto Mortgage helped to make my dream come true. I received responses in a timely manner, my questions were always answered, and I was guided by Bridget and Kate on what I needed and how to go about obtaining information for my application and loan approval. I had a very bad experience with a large company prior. Palmetto Mortgage is local and really helped me to pick up from the previous bad experience. I've closed on my home and they have still reached out to me for a follow up and sent a lovely gift. I definitely recommend.

So thankful to have worked with Kevin and his team! Their style of loan processing is professional, easy to comply with and very individualized. Hands down the best rate (compared with 2 other options). Homebuying can be frustrating, I learned that mortgage application process does not. Thank you Kevin and Co.
