Brad was always available when we had questions and he answered them thoroughly. He explained every step to us and made everything as clear as possible.
Taylor with Bay Equity was very helpful and made the whole process very easy. She was very patient in answering our questions to make sure we understood all of the details.
Taylor Francis was able to approve my loan and close me within 15 days. She was very professional and I can't be more excited that I am a homeowner.
