I know Dawn a long time having worked in the Mortgage Industry many years ago. She is the hardest working, most honest and knowledgeable person I know. She has always gone above and beyond for her clients including me & my family. I have referred many friends and family to her over the years and she has always gotten the job done in a professional manner. I never hesitate to recommend someone to her. Thank you Dawn for helping us purchase our new home.

Just trying to get my payoff papers from the 2nd mortgage payoff. The lady said I should receive something in the mail, can take up to 90 days. So just waiting patiently. Very pleasant & helpful.

Extremely unprofessional, misleading and very poor communication. I've experienced better at the DMV. I Do NOT Recommend to anyone looking for professionalism.
