Our loan officer, Joseph Tsentner, was professional, knowledgeable, and the most competent person I dealt with during our entire home buying process. He kept me up to date with new developments and quickly answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend him.
All of my questions were answered directly without a lot of words. Impressed that my representative double checked her planned response to me with her supervisor. I was very pleased that all of my issues were promptly resolved.

Steven Hernandez in Salem, OR went above and beyond any expectations I had. It was a pleasure to work with him. I was updated every step of the way. Michael Chuyan is a great lender to work with! He was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole process. I called RoundPoint in a panic because the payment listed on my statement was $500 more than normal. We just switched over to RoundPoint and I thought we screwed something up. I talked to Annette on the phone and she cleared everything up for me very quickly and even helped me register for my online account since i am a new customer.
