Possibly the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I cannot wait until rates are better so I can switch mortgage companies. The most frustrating part is I paid extra one month with my previous company, wo sold to Roundpoint, so I could make half payments when I got paid every 2 weeks and a little extra for principal. That worked fine with my previous mortgage provider. Now, they won't accept that. I have to sign their bi-weekly payment form and pay on the dates they want, not the customer. It's not like I was behind on my payment I was ahead. Then I start getting calls because they weren't making the payments correctly. Half was going to the payment and the other half was getting paid to principal. So they weren't paying to the payment first! Their format is pure laziness, probably because it is all done by computer with their system im guessing. I will never recommend anybody to do business with them and I am counting down the days until I don't have to either. Now I'm trying to reach someone on the number they gave me to call and there is no option to reach a representative. Again, all automated. This approach seems very lazy and disappointing I have to give them another penny.
