I've been referring clients to Michael Moschella for well over 15 years, and I always receive excellent feedback regarding him and his support staff. He's never missed a closing date, nor failed to provide the rate and transaction costs which were exactly as provided at the beginning of the transaction. Admittedly, there are likely many loan officers who are capable of closing loans with ideal clients and in a challenge-free transaction, however. I believe that the true capabilities of an exceptional loan officer only become obvious when they are faced with a very challenging client, and/or a transaction where the circumstances require problem-solving, ingenuity and critical thinking. Michael is all of those and more! He can look at a situation and offer options to address very formidable, sometimes even deal-killing, obstacles, when most other loan officers wouldn't even know where to start. I've never worked with any mortgage lender who is more knowledgeable, professional, or more committed to providing superior customer service than Michael. I hope that I retire from real estate before he retires as a lender, because I can't imagine finding anyone who could fill his shoes as the ONLY loan officer I'm confident enough to refer to ALL of my clients, and know that they are working with the best!
