My fiancé and i are first time home buyers and as nervous as we were to start the purchasing process—i could literally write a novel about how much we appreciated working with Ben!! Whether it took 30 mins or an hour to explain things to us or answer our questions, Ben was always willing and enthusiastic to support us. We closed on our home yesterday and it truly couldn’t have been a smoother process—largely because Ben & his team are intentional and dedicated to meeting our needs (despite the fact we closed on our home 30 days after we put an offer in on our now home!)
