Joseph and his team were wonderful to work with, incredibly responsive over phone, text, and email. The frequent touchpoints and checklists were easy to follow, and the "clear to close" was over 1.5 weeks ahead of schedule! By far this was the easiest home buying experience I have ever had! Thank you to everyone on Joseph's team: Elizabeth, Michelle, Tonja, and Madeline (I sure hope I am not forgetting someone - you all were SO great!!) HIGHLY recommend, especially if you are new to buying in this area, as we were, Joseph is a wealth of information, super friendly and approachable and did I mention how responsive everyone was? You don't find customer service like that much anymore, we super appreciate the entire team!!
