Heath saved us thousands of dollars on our loan (that we started with another lender) because of his extensive knowledge of VA loans. He and his staff responded quickly to any calls or emails. He personally spent considerable time walking us through the process of a construction loan converting to a VA loan, but this could just as easily be applied to a conventional loan. We couldn't be more impressed or thrilled with our experience. Ours was not an easy situation, and he worked hard to make sure he had all the documents from the builder required for the loan. He also turned this around very fast because he has lawyers who he trusts and works with who can expedite the title search, etc. He has a great team that works together to provide an expedient, worry-free loan process. We are closing sooner than expected and at a much better interest rate than our other lender could offer. I can't say enough about him and his staff.
