Everyone we dealt with were great, took the time to answer any questions we had. We had been looking for months with many offers getting refused due to the ridiculously hot market and, what we found out later, because we did not have a local lender. These folks were recommended, we called and had the pre-approval letter within a hour. Moved quick to get us approved. Would recommend if someone I know were looking for financing, based off of our experience.
