I can not say enough good things about Veterans United. The process was easy to understand and I was able to do 99% of the necessary items involved in the process virtually. All questions or issues were dealt with VERY quickly by my loan officer. I had a change to my rate at one point during the process because they LOWERED the original quoted rate, which was already a great rate! As if that was not enough, they sent my family a personalized gift which was such an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Veterans United strives to go above and beyond to provide an amazing and personalized experience which focuses on the best interests of their customers. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
