Dana exceeds expectations in her role. She easily adapts to the dynamics nature of lending and to the customer's needs. She works very well with clients with a positive attitude and is extremely detail-oriented. Dana goes beyond the call of duty by seeking out and following up with clients frequently. Hands down the best mortgage broker in CSRA.
