My mortgage was just acquired by this company and they created confusion from day one. They send the first bill to me and when I tried to pay online and ON TIME it was not possible. I was informed by Customer Service that I was paying late even if I was trying to pay before the date in the bill. No one apologized for the confusion. It was a very poor first impression. It seems I'll need to keep my eyes to avoid problems. If you have option to choose, I recommend another lender.
