This company is a joke. Called multiple times about getting my flood insurance added to escrow. Every time I call it asks me to enter my loan number, then I get asked for it every time I talk to someone, including every time they transfer me to someone else. Finally someone tells me I need to email them a request to add the flood insurance to escrow. I ask them to send me the form. They tell me, "There's no form. You just send an email to this email address and it usually takes a couple of days." I send the email. Three days later I call back to check on it. After being transferred and put on hold three times again, and asking for a manager, I'm told I have to handwrite the request and email it to them. That's right. Rather than have a form to fill out and sign, they expect you to handwrite and send it. What a joke!
