Very difficult to deal with this company after sitting through a loooong phone process you have to get passed around three or four times with even more phone recordings. CSR gives you canned responses and passes you along... Still no good answer to my issue. Send in the money and hope they get their collective stuff together just does not sit well. Second loan with them and trying to get clear picture of new insurance and tax adjustments. The escrow statement is all wrong. Did not use to review issues just took my business elsewhere course with todays rates they know they got ya!
