When I first told my family I was going to start the process of becoming a homeowner, my parents horror stories of what they'd endured during their process of becoming homeowners made me believe I was in for a grueling, figuratively back-breaking process. But PSHM made sure it was nothing like that. The people who work here are hard-working, earnest and attentive. They were endlessly patient and answered each and every one of my questions regarding the process down to the most minute detail. They never expressed even the barest hint of annoyance no matter how often I blew up their phones, and they went out of their way to help me more than once throughout. In the end I was able to trade in my mold-ridden, cockroach infested apartment for my dream home, and my family and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again!
