Charles and his team had a high level of communication that allowed us to move quickly when making decisions on buying the right home in a fast paced market. He and his team's support provided a clear outline of any tasks we needed to complete allowing us to follow simple step by step instructions through out the process. This gave us a strong sense of what needed to be done and where we where through out the whole process. When any issues came up they where responsive in explaining the process or finding a solution.
