I wish more agents and their clients knew about this awesome tool. I was lucky enough to learn about it through my lender. HomeIQ provides homeowners with valuable insights into their homes' current market value at no cost. It also enables agents to stay connected with past clients and/or potential clients all in one place. Today Emanuela took the time to dive deep into the system with me. She went the extra mile to ensure that I understood this tool's many benefits and helped me stay up and running. I can't wait to start using this tool and sharing its perks with others. The pre-mover score setting is great for agents who want to make the most of their time and farm where they will have the highest success rate.
