Eddie Sprouse and his team went above and beyond our expectations throughout the entire mortgage process. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were completely oblivious to most of the home buying and loan process, and Eddie took the time to thoroughly explain the details every step of the way. Eddie and Stacey were very responsive to phone calls and text messages, and always ensured that any question was answered without any confusion. Eddie also ensured that the loan process went smoothly from the start by crossing off a lot of details from the start that could potentially be a deal breaker for a loan near the end of the process to ensure that something wouldn't fall through near a closing date. We can't thank this team enough for making the entire mortgage process seem so easy and effortless.
