Our experience with Prime Lending and Jay McDonald was nothing short of excellent. He was a very good communicator, and he led us through every step of the process, answered all of our detailed questions about the various options, pay back periods, etc., and stayed with us through closing and a renovation to make sure everything stayed on track.
