When we finally got to our closing day (mind you this was a couple days before we had to be out of our apartment and would soon be homeless), we ran into all sorts of last minute delays with our builder getting the certificate of occupancy, to the HOA inspection that was needed to close. We ended up getting these items the morning of closing day, and Josephs team was able to pull everything together last minute to make it happen for us!
