Legacy Lending is a great company. LaKeshia is very informative and professional. They helped me so much and kept me updated through my whole buying process. It was very smooth and easy going. Lakeshia Johnson-Armstrong was exceptionally good to work with and was very mindful of the needs of her clients and everyone else involved in this transaction. Through no fault of her own, there were some snags typical to this type of loan closing that she handled beautifully. I would look forward to working with her again.
I was on the listing side of this transaction, but Monique was great in getting everything completed and to closing. Legacy picked up this transaction just 2 weeks before the closing date and still had everything done! They were very transparent and kept both sides in the loop. Awesome experience! Someone always responded to me promptly. I received notifications at every stage letting me know what was requested of my client and when my client provided the info. They were ready to close in record time. I’m not used to a lender waiting on US to close. Lol! Well done! I’ll definitely add them to my recommended lenders contacts.
