I am so glad that I was referred to Jed for my first mortgage. I took out a VA loan, which I had always heard that they were a huge pain to deal with, but he made the process incredibly smooth. He also closed on the loan so quickly! Lastly, there were times when I felt terrible needing to reach out to him for something on nights or weekends and he always responded quickly and cheerfully. I hope that I won't need another mortgage any time soon, but if I do I will definitely be calling him again!
