I was merely wanting to see what I would qualify for, which he checked for me right away, and then gave me tips on how to quickly improve my credit score and my wifes, which I did and increased it by nearly 80 points. He put me in contact with an actual real-estate agent, as I had been talking to someone that Zillow had auto-call me. But the best thing about Jed is he was always available to me for any question, sometimes when my real-estate agent wasn't. I had to do minimal work on my side, Jed did all the paperwork and made this super easy. Highly recommend him!
