Well, I’m not sure where to start…when starting the journey of finding a home it can be very overwhelming, scary, and more…if you don’t have the right people to support you and back you up. With Prime Lending, they took the anxiety and fear out! We had an amazing lady, Beatrice Peterkin, who blessed us the entire journey! She made us feel comfortable, warm, cared about, and more. If we ever had questions, concerns, etc (trust me, we had plenty of questions), she didn’t ever once make us feel bad or dumb for even having them. She walked us through every step, would make sure we were prepared for anything coming up, checked in to see how we were simply feeling as we went along. It meant a lot to have her along with us! At the end of the process, it wasn’t just a client and lender relationship, it became a family! We are so blessed to have gotten her to help us!
